Privacy

The Client acknowledges that he has been informed by iMente of the fact, which the Client expressly accepts, that the Client's personal data will be included in an automatic database created by iMente with the objective of effecting suitable maintenance and management of the service contracted, and carrying out computer tasks, training and the sale of the services offered by iMente. The Client also acknowledges that he has been informed of the non-obligatory nature of the request to complete his personal details, duly indicated as an optional requirement, which appears in the application form for the service. The Client also acknowledges that he has been informed that his refusal to provide the data necessary for identification purposes may lead to the service not being offered. The Client expressly authorizes the notification of the data contained in the automatic database referred to in the previous clause to the network of distributors or agents who collaborate with iMente for the provision of the service.

The Client must notify iMente of any changes that occur in his identification data, before the said changes become effective. iMente shall do the same for its part in the same situation.

The Client shall have the right of access, rectification and cancellation over his data included in the automatic database, through a written electronic request to info@imente.com, attaching a photocopy of his National Identity Document and indicating the automatic database to consult.

Given the telematics nature of iMente service, the email is the regular tool for communication with the Client, including commercial communications. The acceptance of this policy means the consent for commercial communications, advertising and promotion by iMente. Otherwise, iMente must be informed by email to info@imente.com.

The users of the test service must allow iMente to process their information in order to be informed in the future and offer new services. This work will be done both by the company and by its distributors, which will have simultaneous access to iMente personal user data.
