Since October 2006, Orange has become France Telecom's only brand name in the Spanish market for the company's entire range of communication services. Through Orange, the company currently serves about 11 million customers with its mobile phone services and supplies Internet access to over 1.1 million customers. In addition to this, over 7 million internauts in Spain access the Web through the generalist portal orange.es

Orange's Marketing and Communication department needed to be able to follow developments in the mobile and landline telephone sectors in addition to getting all the latest news concerning the telecommunications sector.

Not only this, but they also needed to be able to transmit the most important news items to the cellphones of their principal executives.

Thanks to our standard “Online media monitoring” service, complemented by SMS alert modules, we were able to satisfy all their requirements and reduced to a couple of clicks the time and effort required to get the criticial news stories through to Orange executives.

Barcelona Provincial Council is a local government authority that works for the progress and well-being of those residing in its territory.

The Council's Health Department needed to keep its employees up-to-date with the latest develpments in a specific field: Health.
